Most jaw exercises people get are generic — and don't take the full picture into account. The jaw is closely related to the neck, shoulders, and your nervous system. TMJ is rarely just a jaw problem. So exercises that treat it like one usually don't get very far.
This is different in two ways: The program is built around your symptoms, and works through the full picture of what's driving them. And accountability. Most times we start an exercise routine and stick with it for a few weeks, maybe a month, and then fall off. Real change happens over time. With this, you have check-ins, calls, and someone adjusting your plan when something isn't working. The feedback loop and accountability is most of what makes it stick.

Real change takes time. Typically my clients are seeing good results in 8–12 weeks. Eight weeks is really the minimum because that's how long it takes to build enough capacity that the relief starts to hold. Two months of supervised, progressive work is what separates "I learned some exercises" from "something actually changed."

Your program is built to fit into your life. Most of my clients spend about 15–20 minutes most days of the week. If that's not realistic for you right now, we can adjust so that it is.

This is TMJ coaching, not PT. You won't get a diagnosis or a treatment plan. You'll get a structured program, real support, and movement that works.
Your first program drops within 24–48 hours of enrollment. If you sign up over the weekend, expect it Monday.
I work with people who have tried the standard stuff and are still looking for something they can stick with.
Movement that fits in your life. Results that hold.
