You’re In!

Here’s your flow - no “good day” required

I'm really glad you're here. This video is for you exactly as you are today — whether that's a 7/10 pain day, a foggy brain, or just a body that's tired of being in survival mode. We move gently. We don't push through anything. And by the end, I hope you feel a little more at home in your body than you did 30 minutes ago.

Press play whenever you're ready.

Why this kind of movement works, especially for you

If you're managing chronic pain or illness, you've probably been told to "move more" without anyone explaining why, or how to do it in a way that doesn't make things worse.

Here's what's actually going on in your body:

Chronic pain and mental health are connected at a biological level. Your body has a built-in stress response system — and when it stays switched on for too long (which happens with ongoing pain, illness, anxiety, or trauma), it changes how your nervous system processes pain signals. They get louder. More frequent. Harder to turn off.

That's not weakness. That's wiring.

The good news: movement — the right kind, done at the right pace — is one of the most evidence-backed ways to start resetting that system. Not because it distracts you from pain, but because it gradually teaches your nervous system that your body is safe. That it can be trusted. That challenge doesn't have to mean danger.

That's what we're building toward. Slowly. Together.

If this resonated and you're ready to work on your physical symptoms with someone who actually understands what you're carrying — I'd love to connect. I work with people navigating chronic pain and illness using a whole-person approach that complements the mental health work you're already doing.
